The North Sydney store is recognisably Cali Press with signature neon signage, custom white washed timber ceiling, branded menu boards, rattan lights, So Cal inspired breeze blocks counter and a refined colour palette. The store draws on the urban location of North Sydney to develop a refined iteration of the classic Cali Press. The material palette comprises of primary Cali Press colours whilst interchanging materials that are more attuned to the business demographic – as seen in the brass Cali Brean inlay within the polished concrete flooring, european oak joinery and custom raked wall rendering. Denison Street is a sleeker, more urban exploration of the classic Cali Press typology to better suit the demographic of customers within the area.
